Es befindet sich heute in der Wiener Minoritenkirche. Das Ergebnis seiner ausgedehnten Studien über Leonardos Fresko ist das vorliegende Prachtwerk "Del cenacolo...", das u. a. von Stendhal und Goethe gelesen wurde. - "L'edizione splendissima à ornata d'un bellissimo ritratto di Leonardo, e di varie tavole tratte da disegni originali del Vinci con una fedeltà, e un gusto insuperabile" (Cicognara). Giuseppe Longhi. - Giuseppe Bossi (1777-1815), neoclassical artist and art collector and art faker. On behalf of the viceroy of Italy, Eugène de Beauharnais, he had transferred Leonardo da Vinci's "Last Supper" to mosaic by Rafaelli. It is now in the Vienna Minoritenkirche.
